Terms of Service

By accessing or using YourLens Studio services (including yourlenstudio.com and any related internal tools), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

YourLens Studio is a Kuwait-based photography and content production agency. We provide creative services to clients and operate internal staff tools to manage client social media accounts under explicit client authorization.

Our internal dashboard integrates with third-party platforms (Meta, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok) via official OAuth flows. We only access accounts that owners have explicitly connected and authorized. Access tokens are stored encrypted server-side and used solely to publish content the staff explicitly composes and schedules. We comply with each platform's terms, including the TikTok Developer Terms of Service, Meta Platform Terms, and X Developer Agreement.

You agree not to use our services to publish content that violates any applicable law, infringes intellectual property rights, contains hate speech, or violates the content guidelines of the social platform on which it will be published.

Connected social media account owners may revoke access at any time through the platform's own settings (e.g., TikTok → Settings → Manage app permissions). Upon revocation, we cease all access and delete the related tokens within 30 days.

All content produced by YourLens Studio remains the property of the agency or the client per the signed engagement contract. Client-uploaded media remains the property of the client.

YourLens Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or from failures of third-party platforms to publish content.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the Kuwait courts.
